Xerox^® B315 Multifunction Printer

We got this printer to replace our old B405 printers at the office. The aesthetics of B315 are nicer compared to B405, the scanning capability is swifter (paper moves slightly slower but it scans both sides with one sweep). Easier to maintain. The only con is the paper tray, too small and if you want one with more capacity, you have to buy it separately.

We've had a couple of these in our office for about a year. The imaging unit needs to be replaced already, which seems soon. Overall, they work okay for what we use them for

We purchased this for a small business office and the printer worked great for a year. Just after a year we had a problem with the display out of warranty. At first we called Xerox to inquire about getting the printer under an extended support agreement. While management was making their decision, two different Xerox rep's reached out and wanted to take care of the problem under warranty considering we were just a few days past it's expiration. I must say I'm impressed they took the initiative, and because of this we'll look at Xerox again for future printers.
